3. Background Checks

4. Drug Screening
The company may require pre-employment drug testing as permitted by law.
5. Licensing or Certification Requirements
Certain roles may require state licensing, certifications, or job-specific training. You acknowledge these requirements if applicable.
Candidate Responsibilities and Disclosures
6. Accuracy of Information
You certify that all information provided during the application and interview process is true and complete. Misrepresentation or omission of material facts may result in disqualification or termination.
7. Communication Consent
You consent to receive hiring-related communications via email, phone, text message, or other electronic methods.
8. No Expense Reimbursement
Unless expressly stated in writing, the company will not reimburse any expenses incurred during the application or interview process.
9. Recording Consent
You understand that interviews may be audio or video recorded for quality control, structured evaluation, internal training, and consistency of the hiring process. You voluntarily consent to being recorded.
10. Behavioral Assessments
If you complete a DISC or similar behavioral assessment, you consent to the company processing, reviewing, and analyzing this information, including through automated tools, solely for job-related evaluation.
11. AI-Assisted Review
You authorize the company to use automated systems, including artificial intelligence tools, to assist in evaluating interviews, assessments, and written responses. All final hiring decisions are made by human reviewers.
12. Accommodation Requests
If you cannot participate in a recorded interview or AI-assisted assessment due to a disability or sincerely held religious belief, you may request a reasonable accommodation before the interview. The company will provide an alternative process when required by law.
Data Use and Handling
13. Data Processing and Storage
You authorize the company to process and store recordings, assessments, and application data on secure internal or third-party platforms, which may operate servers in multiple states or countries.
14. Data Retention
The company may retain your information for a reasonable period to support hiring decisions, resolve disputes, or meet compliance obligations. Data may be deleted in accordance with internal retention policies.
15. No Expectation of Confidentiality
You agree not to share confidential, proprietary, or trade-secret information belonging to any current or former employer during the hiring process.
16. Limitation on Claims
Any concerns regarding the use of recordings, assessments, or automated evaluation tools must be submitted in writing within thirty days of the interview. You waive any claim based solely on the use of these tools when applied consistently across all applicants.
General Provisions
17. Process Requirements
Declining required components of the hiring process, without requesting an accommodation, may affect your eligibility for employment.
18. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
